Accommodation
Within easy reach of Okehampton our accommodation is comprised of six letting rooms, all individual in style and character. There are three double rooms all with king size beds; one double plus a single and two doubles plus two singles. All rooms are en-suite.
When you arrive in your room you will find a television, tea and coffee facilities, CD player and a hair dryer. Our customers tell us that the beds are really comfortable too.
An ironing board and iron are available if you require them.
Bearslake Inn is a large rambling building with extremely thick granite and cob walls; as a consequence we have WiFi access through most but not all of the building. Please ask for the access code when you check in.
When additional accommodation is required we are able to provide a cot and 'z' bed for children.

Cider Press

The Cider Press is situated on the first floor in the 16 th century Parlour wing to the front of the building. This is a double room with king size bed en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
Oozing olde worlde charm you will sleep soundly in this comfortable bed as you dream of how life used to be when this was the farmers' main bedroom.
Longhouse Suite

This room stretches over most of the main part of the old building. You enter the room to a lobby with the en-suite bathroom with bath and shower to the left, through to the main bedroom (pictured) and on to a second sleeping area.
Accommodation is one king size bed and two single beds.
This part of the building is 16 th century and earlier hence there are low windows and low beams.
The Roost

The Roost is accessed from the garden. This room has a good view of the garden, across to the stream and on to farmland with Dartmoor behind.
Accommodation comprises one double and one single bed with en-suite bathroom.
The Saddle Room Suite

The saddle room suite is huge. There are two separate areas to the suite, one with double bed, seating area and dining table and chairs; the other with two single beds and seating. The bathroom has separate bath and shower.
Access is from the garden with a view of the stream and across farmland up to Dartmoor.
The Garden Room

The garden room is on ground level although there are a few steps to reach both the garden and the room. This is a bright cheery room with a view across the garden up to Dartmoor.

The Hayloft

Situated on the first floor, you can open the double French doors at the end of the room and enjoy a spectacular view of the stream and the moor. Add a glass of wine ………. ah! just lovely.
