Full-Time Housekeeper

At Bearslake Inn we are always looking to add talented individuals to our small and professional team. With our opening(fingers crossed) just around the corner we are looking to add another Housekeeper to our team. This role will require a successful candidate to have a positive attitude to working within hospitality and all that that encompasses.

 

Hours for this role will be split over and up to 5 days in line with business needs and will encompass both weekday and weekend work. The role will however be a predominantly morning based role.

The role will be a very hands on role and will best suit someone with a strong eye for, and attention to, detail who excels in great customer service. On occasions this role will require candidates to work as part of a team or on their own but to always uphold the 'Bearslake standard' of  service. Due to the nature of this role all candidates will be assessed on their ability to carry out a highly manual job to a professional standard before any job offer will be received.

 

As with all our roles and due to the location of Bearslake Inn, we will require any candidate to have sole access to their own mode of transport.

On top of a competitive hourly rate of pay this role will include statutory holiday pay(pro rata), gratuities, staff discounts, onsite training and development.

Kitchen Porter

At Bearslake Inn we are always looking to add talented individuals to our small and professional team. With our opening(fingers crossed) just around the corner we are looking to add another kitchen pirate to our team. This role will require a successful candidate to have a positive attitude to working within a fast paced and professional, hospitality environment and all that that encompasses.

 

Hours for this role will require candidates to be flexible in line with the buisness needs but will require the successful candidate to be punctual and professional when it comes to organising a rota. 

 

The role will be a very hands on role and all candidates will be assessed on their ability to carry out a manual job to a professional standard before any job offer will be received. As with all our roles and due to the location of Bearslake Inn will require any candidate to have sole access to their own mode of transport or if under the legal driving age a strong agreement with parents or initiative to turn up to work regardless of day/time.

 

Experience(if only a basic understanding of the roles) is preferred but not essential as we will give onsite training in roles to the 'Bearslake way'. 

 

This role will be paid hourly and in line with minimum wage for appropriate age group but will include gratuities, staff discounts, onsite training and development.

Trainee/apprentice level Chef

This role will require a successful candidate to have a positive attitude to working within hospitality and all that that encompasses.

 

Due to the nature of this role we do not expect candidates to have previous experience but are open to talking about how we can help them start a journey into hospitality at Bearslake Inn.
