Christmas Day Dining
Our new chef Dolton has curated a Christmas Day dining experience of locally sourced Devon produce for your dining pleasure. Feast on starters including, Whiskey & Orange Cured Salmon, Buttermilk, Salmon Keta & Burnt Orange or Venison Saddle Carpaccio, Stout Pickled Onion, Tarragon & Confit Egg.
Follow up with mains such as classic Roast Turkey Crown, ‘Pigs in Blankets’, Roast Parsnips & Stuffing or Brixham Turbot, Roast Parsnips, Golden Raisin Vinaigrette & Chive Verjus Butter, with vegetarian options also available.
Finish your Christmas dining experience with a selection of mouth-watering desserts including Christmas Pudding, Roast Fig Ice Cream, Raisin & Port or Dark Chocolate, Hazelnut Cremeux, Hazelnut Sponge & Vanilla, followed by tea of coffee.

Festive Dining at Bearslake
Throughout the Christmas period, we'll be offering our Festive Party Menu for parties of 6 people or more to treat yourselves to a delicious dining experience on Dartmoor. Before or after your sit down meal, walk from our garden straight on to Dartmoor to work up an appetite or work off some calories! £29 per person for two courses or £36 per person for three courses.
Choose from a range of locally sourced and curated dishes including, Pressed Ham Hock, Black Garlic Emulsion & Celeriac Remoulade starter, Red Ruby Beef Sirloin, Braised Brisket, Roscoff Onion & Celeriac with Roast Potatoes, Winter Greens, Cauliflower Cheese & Gravy and Dark Chocolate Marquise, Salted Caramel, Raisin & Hazelnut Dentelle for dessert - amongst a host of other options!
